Integrated navigation display system for ships is integrated networked and multileveled. Information is the effectly managed.Information is displayed in the table in digital form or directly expressed in the form of images. Display system process multisensor data through the algorithm and make a comprehensive judgment finally.Integrated display system has bid farewell to the past distributed, single, partial display mode,lighting the ship driver’s mental pressure.The three unit display system structure becomes gradually popular.It consists of three standard components which are electronic chart, radar and conning. The three display unit requirements for the software and hardware system are roughly the same, so the multifunctional display system began to appear.Each display unit connected to the display system network can display multiple information and switch the display content in the three components.Such a structure not only greatly reduces the cost of hardware can also efficiently deal with a special display of sudden failure.A integrated navigation display system based on the three unit structure was designed and implemented in this paper.Multi screen display switching display and overlaying display are focused on.In order to avoid displaying multiple target point at the same time, track fusion algorithm is used to process data from radar and AIS.The main research content will be introduced next.1.The development situation of integrated navigation display system for ship is discussed in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of AIS and radar are made comparison.The necessity and advantages of the application of information fusion technology in integrated display are presented.The key technologies involved are analyzed.2.How to realize the multifunctional display and multi screen display on the monitor connected to the system network is focused on.A communication protocol based on IP multicast transmission mechanism is made.The functional requirements are achieved through network programming.3.The system software is divided into interface module, data processing module, data management module, alarm management module and display module.Information display of radar AIS and other important sensor is realized through the project code. QT is selected to design interface by the system because of a large number of drawing function and cross platform advantages.4.The track of AIS and radar fusion algorithm is studied and designed.Firstly display system receives and stores data message from radar and AIS. Secondly the data packet is analyze and effective information is processed of coordinate conversion and unity of time.Thirdly track associated with the same target should be selected by the fuzzy mathematics principle.Finally data is processed of fusion by statistical weighting methodFinally, the performance of the integrated display system is tested.And the test results are analyzed.The software system can operate stably and achieves the expected goal.
