Electromagnetic environment of information battlefield is becoming more and more complex,electromagnetic radiation signals of multi-type,full spectrum,high density,emerge in large numbers.As one of the typical strong electromagnetic interference signals,High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse has the characteristics of wide spectrum range,high electric field intensity and wide range of influence,which can cause a fatal attack on the electronic components inside the equipment,and seriously affect the effectiveness of weapons and equipment,and the command and operation of troops.At present,the response and protection of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse for cables and case are mainly concentrated on domestically and abroad,and the analysis of system level is not perfect.Combined with the analysis of electromagnetic coupling between cable and case,this dissertation systematically studies the pulse response of vehicle-mounted key control component under the irradiation of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse,which provides a reference for the design method of vehicle electromagnetic protection technology.The topic of this dissertation is derived from the National Defense pre-research Foundation Project "Research on the Simulation Technology of vehicle strong electromagnetic Pulse interference Protection",this dissertation uses transmission line theory and threedimensional electromagnetic simulation software CST,to establish electromagnetic simulation model,and the field coupling and cable coupling of vehicle-mounted key control component are analyzed.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1.The shielding effectiveness of vehicle-mounted key control component is studied.The shielding effectiveness of electric / magnetic field in different directions is analyzed.The simulation results show that the shielding effectiveness is above 30 d B,which proves that the vehicle-mounted key control component with hole array has good shielding effectiveness.2.The field coupling of the vehicle-mounted key control component under the irradiation of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse is analyzed.The simulation results show that the heat dissipation pore in the rear of the car body is the main way of coupling interference,and vehicle-mounted key control component are more seriously affected by the back wave.In 30~100MHz band,circular polarization wave has greater influence on electromagnetic coupling effect of vehicle than linear polarization wave.The distribution of electric field in time domain and frequency domain of key control component is mainly concentrated in 75 MHz and in front of 100 ns and then weakens gradually,which is consistent with the waveform characteristics of interference excitation in time and frequency domain.3.The cable coupling of vehicle-mounted key control component is studied.The simulation results show that the coupling energy of the vehicle-mounted cables is mainly from the field coupling,the cable port current of the rear wave is 3d B higher than that of the lateral wave,and the circular polarization is 21.5d B higher than that of the wire polarization wave.The bundling wire harness not only saves the limited space in the car,but also has less coupling current than a single cable and less interference by external pulses.The coupling current of the cable port can reach the peak value in the front 100 ns,which has some delay compared with 4.8ns the interference source reaches,but both accord with the characteristics of the short rising edge and the slow descent edge of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse.4.The influence of shielding on the electromagnetic coupling response of vehicle-mounted key control component is studied.The simulation results show that the coupling current of single cable port is 30 d B higher than the peak current of coaxial cable.It is shown that the shielding coaxial cable can effectively shield the external strong electromagnetic pulse interference.
