High power pulse power technology is widely used in military,medical,mining and other fields.This topic mainly studies the circuit topology and control strategy of high-power charging based on the high-voltage cascade backward pulse power supply of lithium battery unit.The purpose is to make the current continuous multiple works in a short time and expand the application ability of high-power pulse power supply by charging the high-power pulse power supply.This topic first analysis of the existing serial sequential charging topology,and then puts forward a new constant current charging cascade topology,focus on comparative advantages and disadvantages of the topology,solved the high power pulse power charging,existing topology to control the charging current is not stable,the current volatile,leading to charging voltage precision,current-limiting inductance needed for very large volume and weight,etc.According to the new topology,a high-voltage cascade control strategy based on multi-level voltage source inverter is proposed for charging high-power pulse power supply.Furthermore,used multiple lithium battery units as the voltage source,the high-voltage cascade charging logic and control method which realized the large-current constant-current charging of the high-power pulse power supply and made the charging voltage rise steadily to the set point with high voltage precision,and the peak current control method is adopted to control the closing and opening of the switch tube in real time for each lithium battery unit during the working cycle,so that the current value is always around the set current.In addition,the adaptability of the detection methods of the important components and the voltage and current of the charging system is selected,and the protection circuit is determined.Then,based on SPI communication function of TI company's TMS320F28027 chip,the communication network of the new high-voltage cascade charging system is built.The serial communication from one master control board to several slave control boards is realized.At the same time,the system has remote wake-up and startup functions,which can be intelligently controlled.This subject uses MATLAB/SIMULINK and PSIM to verify the new topology and control algorithm.The experimental platform was set up by using the selected important components.The theoretical analysis and simulation results are verified by experiments,from which the feasibility of the scheme can be fully proved.In conclusion,the constant current cascade charging strategy proposed in this paper is finally realized and verified.The problems of uncontrollable charging current and excessive inductance volume and weight in series charging strategy are solved.
