Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix composites have excellent physical properties such as high specific strength,high specific modulus,and excellent physical properties such as light weight,fatigue resistance and small expansion coefficient.They are used in aerospace,military,new energy,transportation,sports equipment.And other fields are widely used.However,due to production technology and material cost constraints,there is still a certain gap in the performance of domestic carbon fiber materials compared to imported carbon fiber materials.This paper aims to compare the performance of domestic carbon fiber and its composite materials,optimize the design process and process of domestic carbon fiber composites to meet the technical requirements of aircraft wing design,and design simulation experiments to improve its reliability and environmental adaptability.Verification is of great significance for the localization of key raw materials for aircraft.In this paper,the domestic Toray T700 and Hengshen and Weihai are used to characterize and analyze two domestic T700 carbon fibers.The surface properties of three carbon fibers,sizing agent type,graphite microcrystalline structure and surface elements are compared.We found that Weihai expanded in two domestic carbon fibers using a dry-jet wet spinning process similar to that of Toray.The fiber surface is smooth,while the Hengshen carbon fiber uses a wet spinning process,and the fiber surface has an axially oriented groove.The existence of the groove increases the mechanical meshing force between the fiber and the resin,which has a positive effect on the interfacial properties of the composite material,but at the same time increases the probability of defects such as fine lines on the fiber,and adversely affects the mechanical properties such as tensile properties.The three carbon fiber sizing agents are low molecular epoxy resins.Toray carbon fiber has certain advantages in the microcrystalline structure and surface elements of the fiber,but the overall difference is not large.Then,the resin-based composite unidirectional plate was prepared by using three carbon fibers as reinforcements.The carbon fiber composite samples were tested by mechanical properties such as tensile,bending and interlaminar shearing.The relationship between macroscopic mechanical properties and microscopic characterization of materials.In the mechanical properties test of composites,the interlaminar shear strength of the three composites was found to be between 66.4 and 81.8 MPa;the flexural strength was between 1872 and 2039 MPa,and the flexural modulus was between 131 and 143 GPa.The strength is between 2224.4 and 2343.4 MPa.In general,the mechanical properties of Dongli carbon fiber composites are the best,and the consistency is good,and the two domestic carbon fibers also have good performance,which can meet the engineering application design requirements.According to the overall design requirements of the aircraft,the two domestic carbon fibers can meet the requirements.We selected Hengshen carbon fiber as the raw material for the lamination,prepreg preparation and molding molding process optimization design,and determined the feasible process and parameters.A batch of domestic carbon fiber composite fins.In the flight condition of the simulated airfoil,a static test tool for the stiffness of the airfoil was designed.The stiffness test,non-destructive test,high and low temperature test and aging test were performed on the Hengshen carbon fiber fin.From the test results,the Hengshen T700 carbon fiber composite material was used.The size,appearance and stiffness of the fins are in the range of-50?70?,which is almost unaffected by the ambient temperature.In the hot and humid environment,the strength of the composite resin matrix is reduced,but the decrease is limited.On the other hand,the constant carbon fiber The mechanical properties of the composite material are almost unaffected by the geographical environment,and can meet the design requirements of the natural environment storage work of the aircraft.
