| With the development of the automobile industry,the sharp increase in car ownership,the harmful substances contained in automobile parts and components materials endanger the health of automobile users.Meanwhile,the increasing number of scrapped auto in the future will have an increasing prominent impact on the environment.So the domestic and international laws and regulations have been issued continuously to restrict and supervise it,which undoubtedly increases the "green" threshold for auto manufacturing enterprises to enter the market,and at the same time it becomes the success or failure of each enterprise’s market competition.Various laws and regulations require enterprises to effectively control the application content of harmful substances from the source.Therefore,how to deal with relevant laws and regulations and smoothly cross this "green" threshold has become an urgent problem to be solved by vehicle enterprises according to their own characteristics and market positioning and requirements.Among all kinds of laws and regulations at home and abroad,the content limits of lead(Pb),mercury(Hg),cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr6+),PBBs)and PBDEs in automobiles are clearly given.These six substances are hereinafter referred to as prohibited substances.In this paper,the author takes the responsibilities and functions of each department of the in-service unit as the object,takes the research project as the pilot,uses the vehicle dismantling data of a vehicle model as the reference basis,relies on the cutting-edge technology of China Automotive Technology Research Center,gradually adjusts and improves the management plan after one year’s promotion and practice,and formulates a set of banned substance control system suitable for the enterprise.In this paper,firstly,the domestic and foreign laws and regulations of banned substances and the management methods of recycling are studied.Secondly,the current situation of the industry and the existing problems of the enterprise are analyzed in depth.Finally,the management ideas related to the whole life cycle of the whole vehicle are summarized from the aspects of information transmission,data collection and analysis,consistency check,etc.The method and process of vehicle disassembly and analysis of prohibited and restricted substances are standardized,and the design and development control requirements for prohibited and restricted substances are specified,so that the work can be effectively carried out and the closed loop from design to verification can be satisfied,thus meeting the requirements of national laws and regulations while reducing the risk of unqualified products and realizing green design and green products. |
