In 2015,the Chinese government put forward "made in China 2025",which is the first ten-year action program document of China's implementation of manufacturing power strategy,and is the strategic plan to completely promote manufacturing power.Under the call of the state and the practical application requirements,the intelligent trend of manufacturing enterprises is developing rapidly,and a number of automatic chemical plants,digital factories,interconnected factories and intelligent factories have emerged.A brake system Co.,Ltd.has researched and introduced information technology for many years,and has completed the first generation of manufacturing execution system,which belongs to the scope of digital factory.Due to the early development time of the current system,the technical personnel at the time of research and development is lower compared with the present.There are many problems in the current system,which need to be improved and upgraded urgently.This paper describes the method,technology and process of the development and implementation of the production and manufacturing management system of a brake system company.The system includes the following main functional modules:basic data management,plan management,manufacturing execution management,equipment management,line side warehouse management,tooling and die management,print servo management,automatic task management,report management and so on.The development platform of this system is Microsoft's.NET Framework Core2.0,and the database platform is Microsoft's SQL Server 2014.The development language adopts C#language and VBA(Visual Basic for Applications)language,in which C#language is mainly responsible for the production process control of the production line,the communication of PLC equipment and the Webservice of the business logic layer,while VBA is mainly responsible for the collection of Basic data and the presentation of reports.In terms of architecture design,layered software design is used,which is divided into data management layer,application logic layer and front-end interface layer.In terms of the device selection of the front-end interface layer,three terminal devices are selected.One is the ordinary desktop computer for basic data management,the other is the industrial plate for the workshop work reporting,inspection and other operations,and the third is PDA that is used to mobile work reporting and in-put out-put of warehouse.This system focuses on solving the software system problems accumulated by a brake system Co.,Ltd.for many years,and improves the manufacturing management process of the production workshop.The effect is remarkable in the aspects of planning management,progress analysis and manufacturing management.From the perspective of manufacturing system management,30%management personnel are saved,and the number of team leaders is reduced from 90 to 60 at present.The stacking of materials has been greatly improved.
