As the foundation of communication network construction,transmission network carries a number of basic services.Whether the basic services in the power system can operate safely and reliably depends on whether the transmission network can provide sufficient capacity.Therefore,the optimization of transmission network can effectively promote the realization of intelligent power grid.At present,in order to meet the needs of modern management and realize the sustainable development of electric power production,a city's Electric Power Bureau constantly improves its administrative efficiency and establishes a set of perfect information management system.In order to ensure that the system is always in normal operation,we must build a set of efficient and secure transmission network.This will not only help to enhance the service ability of power network,but also improve the quality and efficiency of power production,and provide important theoretical guidance for the development of a city's power.In this paper,according to the current situation of power communication facilities in a city,based on the existing network resources,the author combs the current mainstream power communication transmission technology,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its performance,and then selects the transmission mode suitable for the power communication in a city to design the network transmission under the condition of ensuring the normal use of existing resources,so as to promote a city Better and faster development of power system.The paper mainly includes the following work:Firstly,the current transmission structure of a city's electric power communication network is combed in detail,and the existing problems are analyzed,such as the imperfection of optical fiber physical network structure,the serious aging phenomenon of access network transmission equipment,etc.Meanwhile,the distribution and demand of a city's electric power carrying services(such as voice,data,etc.)are quantitatively estimated,so that the transmission capacity planning has corresponding Theoretical basis.Secondly,aiming at improving the electric power communication and transmission network of a city,this paper deeply explores the current mainstream cable transmission technologies,such as SDH,WDM,etc.,analyzes and selects the mainstream wireless communication from the perspective of expanding the network coverage and improving the access flexibility,and creates the corresponding use scenarios for the public mobile network,digital microwave,cluster and satellite communication,at the same time,according to the In different sections of the transmission network,a set of perfect transmission system is established through related transmission technology,and then the key technical problems ofthe transmission planning and application of electric power communication in a city are properly solved.Thirdly,based on the research of the core transmission technology,combined with the current situation of the power communication transmission network in a city and its business needs,the author puts forward the corresponding planning ideas,namely "taking the business flow as the longitude and the transmission area as the latitude".At the same time,for the backbone transmission network,the transmission medium needs to be mainly optical fiber,supplemented by microwave,and gradually replace the transmission mode based on the high-voltage line power carrier;then,for the convergence level,a convergence scheme covering the public mobile network,optical fiber transmission and medium and low voltage PLC is developed,in order to promote the smooth development of production business;in addition,At the access network level,a networking mode integrating PON,public mobile network and low-voltage PLC is adopted.
