In recent years,with the increasing maturity and stability of uav technology,the construction of three-dimensional model of urban architecture supported by uav as the flight carrier,photogrammetry technology as the theoretical basis and professional lens and other hardware is playing a huge role in various fields.The high-end configuration combination of professional-grade flight platforms equipped with multi-lens cameras can reduce the workload of field surveying personnel,but high investment and low return obviously do not conform to the law of market economy.Consumer unmanned aerial uavs are being accepted in more fields because of their advantages such as low price,easy operation,flexibility,and lack of license.This topic research with the help of consumer single camera unmanned aerial uav,through a vertical perspective with fixed Angle of aerial mode for many times,simulation of professional photographic lens tilt to obtain image data the way of daoli district of Harbin suitability jihs village living environment renovation project image acquisition work,through editorial model establishment and model,made a test area digital line graph and statistics of surveying and mapping.Apply the advanced uav remote sensing technology to the actual production project,analyze the implementation method of each step of the scheme,and summarize the construction experience.At the same time of saving construction cost and reducing the waste of human resources,the surveying and mapping precision is guaranteed and the surveying and mapping work is completed within the shortest time limit.The application of advanced uav remote sensing technology to actual production projects solves the technical difficulties,summarizes the construction experience,and provides new solutions and mapping methods for similar projects.The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1)analyze and theoretically elaborate the realization method of tilt photogrammetry of consumer uav.(2)establish an appropriate flight scheme and propose a modeling process and data processing method.(3)the use of consumer single camera unmanned aerial uav with smart yuntai collected covers an area of 200000 square meters of daoli district of Harbin in heilongjiang province habitable jihs village renovation project of the visual image data,obtaining images of 3200,a complete build 3 d model,the model of checkpoint plane error is 0.073 m,model checkpoint in the elevation error is 0.096 m,the three-dimensional model,and analyzes the error source.(4)according to the three-dimensional real scene model of gongle community,daoli district,Harbin city,heilongjiang province,draw 1:500 digital line map of the survey area.(5)the tilt photogrammetry method of consumer unmanned aerial uav was applied to the overall surveying and mapping work in the early stage of livable reconstruction project,meeting the demand of livable reconstruction for surveying and mapping,and achieving good results.
