Research On Reinforcement Technology And Application Of A In-service Reinforced Concrete Truss Arch Bridge

In recent years,as the road traffic volume increases with the development of economy,more and more reinforced concrete truss arch bridge have been dangerous bridge due to long life and lack of capacity.The demolition cost of the newly built bridge is high.Therefore,bridge strengthening has become a key problem for the safety of transportation and resource conservation,and it has very vital significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the structural characteristics and research status of reinforced concrete truss arch bridge.Then,based on the example of the Jilin Longtan bridge,the comprehensive test and current situation evaluation are carried out.And the diseases in the deck system,superstructure and substructure of the bridge are analyzed.Secondly,on the premise of the detected diseases of the reinforcement bridge,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the main components.The original bridge deck pavement and micro-bending plate is removed and replaced with prefabricated steel bars micro-bending plate.The ribs are added at its end and the transverse connection members are reinforced by the increasing section method.At the same time,the finite element model is established by combining beam element with solid element to analyze and calculate the bearing capacity of the reinforced bridge.Finally,the structural theoretical calculation and static load test of the reinforced bridge are carried out.The results show that the original load grade of Longtan bridge is restored after reinforcement,indicating that the reinforcement method is reasonable and feasible,and the reinforcement purpose is achieved through reinforcement.In this paper,the research provides reinforcement method and practice for the common diseases of reinforced concrete truss arch bridge.It is helpful to inspect and reinforce reinforced concrete trussed arch bridge,which can provide reference for reinforcement,daily management and maintenance of reinforced concrete trussed arch bridge,and can also provide an example of structural optimization for new reinforced concrete trussed arch bridge.
