Study On Disease Treatment And Reinforcement Technology Of Reinforced Ribbed Arch Bridge

As reinforced concrete rib arch bridges have the characteristics of light weight, small thrust, and provincial funding, since the nineties of last century they have been widely applied in western China. Along with the development of economic construction, increasing traffic and overload phenomenon increasing, there has been a number of diseases, so that these bridges need to deal with. But so far there is no quite systematic technology to be used for the instructment of reinforcement and treatment of the reinforced concrete rib arch bridge. Therefore, practical disease prevention and strengthening technology research about reinforced concrete rib arch bridges has very urgent and practical significance. The main content of this article is as follows.â‘ Analysis of common diseases of the reinforced concrete rib arch bridges; then screen of existing bridges disease treatment technology at home and abroad; sum up the steel corrosion and control techniques, structural defects and crack repair techniques, design and construction of disease prevention methods and improvements for main components.â‘¡According to the structure and mechanical characteristics for rib arch bridges, combining the existing research achievements of bridge reinforcement, put forward sealed reinforcement technique of the key box section for concrete rib arch bridge. And improving the transverse load distribution, cross section increases, fracture mechanics of the three aspects, analyze the strengthening mechanism of the technology.â‘¢Through analyzing of structure stress and failure mode, determine key section of controlling the capacity of rib arch;Propose a design ideas of the key section closing layer which based on the combination of mathematical models and finite element's analysis.On this basis, through analyzing of the test result of before the reinforcement and after the reinforcement model,proof that the reinforcement technology of the box key section of reinforced concrete rib arch bridge is reliable and practical.Finally, applying and analyzing through the relying bridge, from the theory, further evidence that sealed reinforcement technique of the key box section for reinforced concrete rib arch bridge is scientific and superior in the real bridge reinforcement. In this passage, research results deliver reliable reference for disease treatment and reinforcement of the same type of bridge, which have a broad application prospect, major social and economic benefits.
