China is faced with the contradiction between rapid development and energy shortage.Developing renewable energy to realize energy conservation and emission reduction has become an inevitable choice for sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the integrated application of solar heat collection system and green building.The heat balance theory is used to analyze the heat collection principle of solar hot water system and different kinds of collectors,and the principle of optimal selection of collectors is put forward through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of collectors.The comparative test method was used to focus on the research on the applicability of solar collectors,and the research systems and platforms for the applicability of different collectors were built.A large number of experimental studies showed that:1)through the salt spray test of three types of plate collector heat absorber materials,namely black chromium,blue film and anodic oxidation,corrosion resistance research was conducted,indicating that the corrosion resistance of black chromium > was anodic oxidation of > blue film;2)through the daily heat gain test of the flat-plate separated solar hot water system at different heat collection angles,the study on the optimal installation inclination indicates that the installation Angle of the wall-mounted flat-plate collector should not exceed 75°,and the inclination Angle of the flat-plate collector installed on the roof and running all year round should be 45°? 60°;The horizontal horizontal structure is suitable for the vacuum tube collector used for the balcony railing module,according to the test of the horizontal and vertical vacuum tube collector with inclination Angle of 90°.3)through the thermal performance test of plate type,heat pipe type and vacuum tube type collector,the research on the instantaneous efficiency and heat loss of the collector is carried out,which shows that the instantaneous efficiency of the collector is plate type > heat pipe type > vacuum tube type,and total heat loss coefficient is plate type > vacuum tube type > heat pipe type;4)through the thermal performance test of the hot water system affected by different pollution,and the quantitative study on the impact of air pollution on thesystem performance,it is shown that the solar system can maintain the ideal thermal efficiency in the rainy season,but in the dry season and the period of serious pollution,it is recommended to clean the collector surface regularly to maintain the energy saving effect;5)through the thermal performance test of different MAR(ratio of water capacity to heat collection area)systems,the study on the optimization of system water and heat collection area shows that the optimal MAR of vacuum tube system is 65kg/m~2 ? 70kg/m~2,and that of plate system is 52kg/m~2 ? 56kg/m~2.This paper analyzes the integrated application of solar heat collection system and green building,and puts forward the design principles and development ideas of integrated application through analyzing the main problems existing at present.
