Research And Application Of Intelligent Operation And Maintenance Technology Based On Augmented Reality

With the increasing demand for operation and maintenance of substation electric power equipment,the technical means and management methods of current operation and maintenance work are difficult to meet its sustainable development.There are many kinds and quantities of primary equipment,operation and maintenance staff are not skilled enough,operation and maintenance work efficiency and quality are low,and various factors restrict the safety and stability of substation.Therefore,the power system workers urgently need a set of intelligent operation and maintenance system for substationsThis paper designs and implements an intelligent operation and maintenance system based on mobile augmented reality under Android operating system.Augmented reality technology is applied to the operation and maintenance of substation equipment.The application of augmented reality technology in the operation and maintenance of substation equipment is realized through the design and development of five modules:data management,equipment identification,equipment information holographic display,integrated management and remote assistance.Based on augmented reality and recognition technology,the auxiliary information is transmitted to the intelligent terminal display of field operators in real time,and the real-time dialogue between operation and maintenance site and remote experts is realized through intelligent operation and maintenance system,so as to guide and assist field operation and maintenance decision-making and improve efficiency.Intelligent operation and maintenance system based on augmented reality technology adopts B/S architecture,integrates and develops with spring+spring MVC+mybatis framework,uses Mysql database and JSP to realize page interaction,establishes a system composed of AR intelligent terminal(smart phone,PDA,augmented reality glasses)and background service,and analyses the equipment of substation.The application of enhanced display of information and remote assistance verifies the practicability and operability of the system through the application of augmented reality technology in remote assistance of switch cabinet maintenance,operation and maintenance training and substation acceptance.The system integrates information model,video acquisition module,image feature point detection module,feature point matching module and virtual-real fusion display module to realize augmented reality and remote assistance function of holographic information in substation.At present,the system is being tested and run,and the preliminary effect is good.
