| With the rapid development of China ’s railway industry,the sharing and management of railway operation and maintenance information has become increasingly important.Combining BIM with mobile augmented reality,using mobile augmented reality technology as the access point of railway track maintenance,and using BIM technology as the support point of information management,the application value of BIM technology can be further improved.In this paper,the railway track of a university rail transit experimental center is taken as the research object.Based on BIM technology,the application of project family library construction,automatic construction of BIM model,human-computer interaction and intelligent information platform of engineering operation and maintenance in railway track is studied.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows :(1)According to the structural characteristics of the railway track of a university rail transit experimental center and the geometric relationship of each component,the model of each component family of the railway track is constructed.The secondary development of Revit is used to write the plug-in of the railway track family library,and the component family is classified and managed.(2)Through the secondary development of CAD and Revit,the BIM model of railway track is automatically constructed.The data required for modeling in two-dimensional drawings are extracted in batches by CAD secondary development and imported into Excel table.The two-dimensional coordinate data is converted into three-dimensional coordinate data according to certain rules.The plug-in for automatic modeling of railway track is compiled by Revit secondary development.Through the extracted data,the component families of subgrade,track bed,track slab,sleeper,fastener and rail in railway track structure are placed in batches,and the BIM model of railway track is automatically constructed.(3)Based on BIM and mobile augmented reality technology,human-computer interaction functions are developed for rail components.In the process of maintenance,mobile devices are used to identify the facilities and equipment on the site of the public works.By zooming in,zooming out,sliding screens up and down,observing the detailed structure of the components,and providing simulation of disassembly and assembly operations of related facilities and equipment,accurate auxiliary maintenance of track components is realized.Using the advantages of mobile augmented reality technology in visualization and portability,it can truly show the standardized work process,which has practical value and guiding significance in the construction and maintenance of complex facilities and equipment such as switch replacement.(4)Establish an intelligent information platform for railway track maintenance.Based on the Unity3 D development platform,the three-tier architecture model is adopted,and the human-computer interaction function,operation and maintenance information management function and technical information access function are realized according to the platform demand analysis.The mobile terminal provides three-dimensional visualization model,disassembly operation simulation,maintenance record,equipment management,technical regulations and CAD drawings of railway track related facilities and equipment.Load the track geometry data,draw the track geometry waveform,calculate the track quality index TQI of each section of the line,and provide reference for the operation and maintenance decision of railway track engineering. |
