With the rapid development of communication,military and other fields,solid state transmitter of low voltage and high reliability is gradually replacing the electric vacuum tube transmitter into the mainstream.High power solid state transmitter has the advantages of low voltage,but also puts forward the high current requirements,and a single power supply from the power or the reliability are difficult to meet the requirements of high power solid state transmitter.Therefore,in the field of high power solid state transmitter,modular power supply,which is parallel and with high efficiency,and power supply system with redundant design are widely used.The soft switch circuit topology,current-sharing control and protection,synchronous rectification are discussed in this paper,and the critical current is simulated.The implementation conditions and work mode of Phase-shifted Full-bridge Soft-switching are analyzed in detail.Through the research of work process of the basic phase-shifed full bridge work process,that the lag bridge is difficult to achieve soft switching is discovered.The ZVZCS phase-shifted full bridge topology where the lag bridge series diode is designed,which impoves the implementation conditions of the soft switching,and can realize in a full range of achieving the ZCS shutdown of lag bridge.The soft switch effect of lag bridge is verified by saber simulation.Through the research of several common current-sharing control schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are analyed.And the maximum current automatic current-sharing method is selected to realize the current-sharing function of the power module.According to the ZVZCS phase-shifed full bridge,synchronous rectification and the maximum current automatic current-sharing method,the design and fabrication of two sets of prototype are completed,and the technical indexes of them are tesed to verify the effectiveness of the systematic scheme.
