Research On The Operation And Maintenance Of Offshore Wind Power In The Central Coast Of Jiangsu Province

Offshore wind power is the main direction development in coastal areas of eastern China clean energy,the state also in support the construction of offshore wind power,Jiangsu coastal is the planning to the first offshore wind power 10 million kilowatts of demonstration bases,the first offshore wind power concession projects are located in Central Jiangsu area along the sea,at present has started,operation and maintenance of the next step will bring great challenges.Thesis focuses on central coastal Jiangsu special intertidal zone terrain of offshore wind power operation maintenance is studied,at present the world temporarily not this type of offshore wind power operation,the content of this paper is on the central coast of Jiangsu offshore wind power operation maintenance with reference to the role.Based on the current research on offshore wind power at home and abroad based on first-hand relevant data obtained through field research,combined with the 4 years of the first batch of the central Jiangsu sea wind power the depth of experience,analysis of operation risks of offshore wind farms in central Jiangsu.Through modeling,the life dimension cost of offshore wind farm in central Jiangsu was calculated,and a whole set of operation maintenance plan was put forward through economic comparison and maintenance strategy analysis.Research shows that offshore wind power after entered the construction phase and operation,will be faced with poor equipment reliability,operation and maintenance difficulties,maritime transport a variety of risks,to take the necessary inputs and for the measures,the risk is controllable or avoid.Central Jiangsu offshore wind power projects should be the maintenance scheme:in the early running,the entrust a specialized construction unit overhaul,with the increase of service life,should gradually develop and establish their own maintenance team,have the ability to deal with unexpected maintenance events and small maintenance engineering.In the latter part of the operation,combined with the maintenance and repair,can ensure the effective maintenance quality,and can effectively reduce the cost of maintenance.In order to effectively solve the problems of the offshore booster station and the offshore wind turbine operation and maintenance,operation and maintenance of the operation and maintenance management mode should be carried out.
