Offshore wind power in china has entered the high-speed development stage of centralized development.With the expansion of the construction scale of the wind farm and the step type growth of out of the quality assurance,the operation and maintenance service industry is developing rapidly.Compared with the onshore power,the offshore wind power faces many challenges,such as complex sea condition,high construction cost,short operation time and so on,which increases the difficulty of operation and maintenance.Research on Modeling and optimization of Offshore wind turbine and wind farm operation and maintenance strategy is of great theoretical significance and application value for improving offshore wind farm efficiency and reducing operation cost.This paper focuses on several key scientific problems in the operation and maintenance of offshore wind power.First,from the four aspects of weather,maritime traffic mode,maintenance personnel and spare parts,the causes and waiting time of operation and maintenance of offshore wind power are studied.Using event tree analysis method to describe the weather and the uncertainty of fault,the queuing theory to describe maintenance vessels and personnel to wait,multi service window queuing model to describe the process of spare parts spare waiting,and the waiting time models for maintenance are constructed,the mean maintenance time of different maintenance types under the influence of multi factors are analyzed.The estimation method of the power generation and loss of the offshore wind farm considering the spatial and temporal distribution of wind energy is studied.In space,considering the wake effect of offshore wind energy,the wind speed distribution of offshore wind farm under operation and maintenance is analyzed.Meanwhile,in time,considering the multidimensional data of the wind turbine and the wind farm,the wind power prediction model based on the multi-variable mutual information method and the phase space reconstruction is constructed.According to the temporal and spatial distribution of wind speed and wind power,the models of offshore wind power generation and the loss of electricity are established,and the impact of downtime for the rest of the turbines of offshore wind farms in different positions is analyzed,which provides support for the operation and maintenance strategy.On the basis of the above research,combined with the off-line and online monitoring data of the operation and maintenance of the wind farm,preventive maintenance strategy model for offshore wind is proposed.First of all,in order to solve the problem of maintenance waiting time for offshore wind farm,combined the off-line data,the maintenance priority number is introduced which reflects the priority of maintenance,and the preventive maintenance strategy based on reliability and maintenance priority is proposed,which the performance of wind turbine is the main part and component performance is secondary.Based on the proposed strategy,the influence of weather availability and maintenance time on maintenance strategy is analyzed.Secondly,combined with the on-line monitoring data,the trends state of the turbines is predicted and assessed.Based on the consideration of maintenance cost,waiting time,the weather period of stock price,adopting the semi Markov decision process maintenance strategy model is constructed,and the maintenance method and detection interval are optimized,the periodic and non maintenance strategy cycle detection strategy are analyzed.After the formation of preventive maintenance strategy for offshore wind farm,this paper studies the maintenance task scheduling under the influence of weather conditions,maintenance types,ship loading and maintenance hours.According to the difference in the importance of the maintenance tasks,preventive maintenance tasks are classified,the preventive maintenance task scheduling method considering maintenance partition is proposed,and wind farm maintenance task scheduling scheme and the impact on maintenance in different maintenance resource allocation are analyzed.On this basis,according to the operation and maintenance data from a variety of time scales and sources,the maintenance section is adopted to describe the dynamic nature of maintenance tasks,and the two stage maintenance task scheduling multi-objective model is constructed,which achieve a tradeoff between performance of turbine and efficiency of the wind farm.Considering the complex sea conditions,the research of offshore wind power operation and maintenance model and method of optimization strategy are studied adopting the operational research and intelligent optimization theory,which enriches the research results and provides reference for the maintenance of offshore wind farm operation arrangement.
