With the rapid development of information technology,the transportable pressure vessel industry will forge towards a more intelligent and safe direction.Analysis,monitoring,diagnosis,evaluation,early warning,emergency and other technologies for transportable pressure vessels and information technology are integrated into dynamic risk supervision platform for transportable pressure vessels.The platform is an intelligent network platform which is aimed to real-time safety supervision of transportable pressure vessel in life cycle.In this thesis,a dynamic risk supervision platform for transportable pressure vessel was designed,and development of design and analysis subsystem of the platform was completed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the needs of users such as producers,consumers,inspectors and supervisers,the platform is divided into several modules,including management system,monitoring and inspection system,safety supervision system and inquiry and statistics system.The safety supervision system includes core subsystems such as design analysis,diagnosis and evaluation,early warning and emergency response.The security information of the equipment can be obtained after the analysis of subsystems and then the functions of real-time safety supervision,emergency disposal and statistical analysis can be realized.(2)The safety information database for transportable pressure vessels in life cycle was designed.The safety information can be divided into 13 categories according to stages and attributes:basic data,design data,manufacture data,use data,management data,filling data,inspection data and real-time monitoring data.Format specification for data elements is proposed as data format standard for the database and the platform.(3)The design and analysis subsystem of the platform was established by combining APDL secondary development technology of ANSYS and VB language.For the tube trailer and liquefied gas tanker,the theory and standard of design and analysis subsystem were determined respectively.The development process design and key technical point analysis of the subsystem were carried out.(4)According to GB/T 33145 Large capacity seamless steel gas cylinders,Container inspection code and other standards,the development of subprogram for tube trailer in design and analysis subsystem was completed by employing ANSYS secondary development technology.With the subprogram,strength calculation and assessment of the whole structure of tube trailer can be realized.The function of the program was verified by a calculation example and a structural improvement example.(5)According to JB 4732 Steel pressure vessels-design by analysis and other standards,the development of subprogram for liquefied gas tanker in design and analysis subsystem by employing ANSYS secondary development technology.With the subprogram,the calculation and assessment of both strength and stability of liquefied gas tanker and its support can be realized.The function of the program was verified by an example.
