Pressure Vessel Supervision Mechanism Design Based On The Internet Of Things

Inspection service is the basis of pressure vessel safety supervision,it is the most important guarantee to improve the quality and efficiency of government supervision. Years of practice show that the safety of pressure vessel involves of designing, manufacturing, installing, application, inspection, testing, etc., The whole procedure of pressure vessel safety supervision is the most effective way to ensure the its safety. The research of the measures of supervision and management of pressure vessel monitoring will increase the level of the pressure vessel management, improve test efficiency of testing institutions and increase the safety of the pressure vessel operation.The author reviewed existing mode and management of pressure vessel at home and abroad, studied the literature of networking supervision of the elevator which is widely applied special equipment in our daily lives, analyzed the design, manufacturing, application and inspection of our present equipment. The author also introduced some modern information technology like the technique of Networking of Things and Sensor into pressure vessel management in order to supervise pressure vessel design, manufacturing, and quality management at the use’s place by real-time monitoring and follow up. The way of applying Networking of Things to pressure vessel supervision and management will solve the conflict between rapid increasing pressure vessel application and insufficient qualified inspectors, and the problem of delayed emergent rescue. This method will ultimately contribute to the government supervision on pressure vessel and protect public security.
