Since 2008,the financial crisis that began in the United States has spread to the whole world like a fierce flood,and the global financial crisis has erupted in an all-round way.The financial crisis has had a tremendous impact on the global real economy and international trade.The world shipping and shipbuilding market is also in a downturn.In the current downturn of shipping and shipbuilding industry,shipowners have stricter requirements on the quality of ship construction for their own benefit.At present,many shipyards encounter delayed acceptance or even refusal of new ships by shipowners on the grounds of quality problems,which aggravates the shipbuilding industry which has been impacted by the financial crisis.For shipbuilding enterprises,the quality of ship construction is the key point to be grasped at present.Ship construction quality is a complex and uncertain problem affected by many factors,which involves many procedures and steps.Through the study of the previous literature,it is found that many scholars often focus on one aspect of the study of ship construction quality,without considering the interaction between evaluation factors at all levels.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality risk of ship construction from a comprehensive perspective.Based on the above analysis,this paper uses the fuzzy network analysis method to study the quality risk of ship construction.Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of risk assessment of ship construction quality,and then expounds the rationality and advancement of the theory of fuzzy network analysis.Then,by referring to relevant research literature,considering the impact of ship construction steps and processes on the quality of ship construction,we refine and determine the relevant factors affecting the quality of ship construction,and establish a risk assessment system for ship construction quality.Secondly,through expert investigation method,the two-two comparison judgment matrix of influencing factors is established,and triangular fuzzy number is introduced to integrate expert opinions to overcome subjectivism.The weights of influencing factors are determined by using network analysis method through the calculation of MATLAB software.Then,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the fuzzy network analysis model is established for the risk assessment of ship construction quality,and the shadow is obtained.Sound the weight ranking of risk factors of ship construction quality and the comprehensive evaluation value of overall risk of ship construction quality.Finally,the weights of each factor are compared and analyzed,and relevant suggestions are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for reducing the risk of ship construction quality.
