With the further development of the "Supply side" reform and the " Road to Railway " policy,Chinese transportation industry is also gradually changing,and the mode of transportation of goods in China will gradually change from the traditional road to the railway mode.However,at present,most railway logistics parks in China are transformed from existing freight yards after the reform of freight organization in recent years.There are still many problems in the layout of logistics park facilities,operation procedures and operation management.The cargo turnover of the park has caused great challengesThis article takes GT Logistics Park as an example.Through research and analysis on the operation process of GT Logistics Park,it explores its operational management problems,and proposes a series of plan designs to optimize the current situation of GT Logistics Park operation to achieve reasonable planning of resources,Optimize investment in fixed assets,so that it can quickly adapt to policies and technological development requirements for the development of logistics parks.Firstly,through a literature review of the development and status of domestic and foreign railway logistics parks and advanced reform and optimization measures in the operation process,summarizing and extracting the advanced experience suitable for the development of GT logistics parks,and obtaining the improvement of the cargo turnover capacity of railway logistics parks.One of the most important points is to optimize and improve some key operational processes of the existing logistics park.Secondly,the development overview of GT Logistics Park is introduced,and then through analysis of the park's functional layout and logistics operation process,a series of problems existing in the enterprise's functional layout and operation process are discovered,and the cause of the problem analysis.Finally,the paper optimizes the GT logistics park's functional layout and key operational processes through two levels of business and management to improve the GT logistics park's operational process,and verifies the optimized effect through the Petri network model analysis method.This paper improves the management level and operation efficiency of the logistics park by optimizing the design of the operation process of the GT logistics park,and effectively relieves the operational pressure caused by the implementation of the "public railway" policy.At the same time,it also provides a new development direction and reference significance for other traditional railway logistics parks in the face of the operating pressure brought about by the " Road to Railway " policy.
