With the improvement of people's requirements for quality of life,health issues have become the focus of attention.In daily life,there is an increasingly urgent need for a technology that can provide the required data reliably,quickly,and accurately anytime,anywhere,resulting in instant detection.POCT(Point-of-care Testing)is a new detection method that can realize on-site detection at the onset of an illness or event without complicated processing and operation procedures,and can quickly obtain the test results.It has fast detection speed,simple operation and portability.In clinical diagnosis,food safety,public security and other fields have more and more widely used.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a rapid detection equipment based on POCT.This article is based on molecular imprinting technology and electrochemical sensing technology to achieve the design of the sensor.Molecular imprinting technique(MIT)is a method that can specifically identify the target substance.At present,electrochemical measurement technology has faster detection speed,higher detection sensitivity and simpler detection equipment than other measurement technologies.The advantages are widely used in instant detection.In summary,combining the two,a molecularly imprinted metronidazole electrochemical sensor was designed.In this paper,the near field communication(NFC)passive measurement technology is used in the system design to implement a passive measurement system based on NFC.NFC antennas can sense energy and transmit data from smartphones.The signal of the molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor is acquired and calculated by the microcontroller,and the result is sent to the smartphone via NFC and displayed on the Android application(APP).The molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor,NFC passive detection system and smart phone constitute a simple on-site rapid detection system.The system is cheap,easy to carry,and easyto operate,which can help people understand it in real time at a lower cost and with fewer operations.Physical conditions.Finally,experiments show that the NFC passive measurement system designed in this paper,combined with the molecularly imprinted metronidazole electrochemical sensor,can achieve immediate and rapid specific detection of metronidazole,with a detection limit of0.556 ?mol/L,and proved The system can realize on-site inspection function,which provides great convenience for people's daily self-inspection.
