| The difficulty of seeing a doctor has drawn a greater attention in recent years.In order to solve this problem,the state has implemented hierarchical medical system which can lead patients go to primary hospitals and improve the phenomenon of medical overcrowding.Primary hospitals are facing grave problems because of the shortage of suitable medical device.Small volume,easy to operate,fast detection and low cost are the characteristics of POCT equipment,and due to above feature,it is favored by many primary hospitals.Biochemistry Test is one of the most common methods in clinical tests that can help doctors diagnose the disease.It can test various biochemical items such as protein,electrolyte,enzyme,etc.in order to provide diagnosed basis for many diseases such as liver function,kidney function,cardio cerebrovascular and diabetes through the detection of blood,body fluid,cerebrospinal fluid and other samples from the human body.POCT biochemical analyzer is particularly suitable for being placed in the grassroots hospitals which can used in clinical testing of common and chronic diseases because the testing items are abundant.Based on a single chip and multi-targets in the prepackage of reagent chip,the purpose of this paper designed a kind of POCT automatic biochemical analyzer which is suitable for grassroots hospitals and clinical sections by researching it‘s key technologies.The main contents are as follows:1.In this paper,the biochemical analyzer micro-sample technology was studied,using high-precision continuous micro-sampleing method,namely “one suction and more vomiting”,effectively shorten the total sample addition time,and through MATLAB/Simulink model simulation of the factors affecting the dynamic response of the vomit ingesting process for simulation and analysis,Provides reference for the implementation and parameter setting of high-precision continuous micro-sampleing technology.In addition,in view of the special needs of the system of this topic on the mixed structure and comparative analysis based on different mixing techniques a solution for the overall concussion mixing of reagent chips has been designed,which takes into account the mixing efficiency and mixing effect,and the size is small,there is no cross-contamination between different items.2.Based on a single chip and multi-targets in the prepackage of reagent chip,the work has been finished the design include mechanical structure,hardware circuit,fluid lines system,software control system and embedded system.And promote the degree of automation under the situation of small size.The test speed is over 400T/H in this device.3.After building a fully automatic POCT-Type biochemical analysis system,in this paper,the optical basic performance,sample performance,temperature control performance and clinical items of the device are systematically tested and evaluated.All index has been reached or exceeded the industry standards. |
