In the past ten years,the new energy automobile industry has become a hot industry in the world,and it also plays an important role in China's economic development.The Chinese government has formulated and issued relevant policies,clarified the important strategic position of the new energy automobile industry,and incorporated it into the 13th Five-Year Plan.The development of the new energy automobile industry has become an important engine for the overall healthy development of China's economy.As of 2018,with the strong support of the government,China's new energy auto industry has achieved stage results,but in the rapid development of the new energy auto industry,China's new energy auto companies are also facing many problems.In the situation where the results and problems coexist,it is worthwhile to think deeply:Can the support of government subsidies achieve the government's pre-set goals?Is it possible to fundamentally promote the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry?Can it promote the performance of new energy auto companies?These are to be demonstrated.Therefore,this paper conducts research from the new energy automobile industry and analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of the case enterprise Foton Automobile.Based on the domestic and international literature and relevant theoretical foundations,this paper selects the typical case company Foton Automobile in the new energy automobile industry as the research object according to the specific industry characteristics of the new energy automobile industry,and explores the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of Foton Motor.According to the analysis results,reasonable improvement suggestions are proposed.The specific arrangement of this article is as follows:The first part is the introduction,expounding the research background and significance of the research,the literature review at home and abroad,the research methods and research contents,as well as the innovations and limitations of this paper.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis,defines the concept of government subsidies and financial performance,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of government subsidies.The third part is the basic situation of government subsidies for new energy auto companies in China.Based on the specific situation of the government receiving government subsidies,this paper selects 8 representative enterprises to analyze the changes in the financial status after receiving government subsidies,and considers Foton Automobile as a case.The company specifically analyzed its status of obtaining government subsidies.The fourth part is case analysis.This paper analyzes the utility of government subsidies from the impact of government subsidies on the overall financial statements and the impact on specific financial indicators.Based on the specific evaluation dimension of financial performance,the specific financial indicators are selected from the profitability and compensation.The debt capacity,operational capability and development capability are studied in various aspects of the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of enterprises,and the reasons for their occurrence are analyzed.The iftth part is the conclusions and recommendations of the study,elaborates the conclusions of this study,proposes suggestions for improving the form of government subsidies,and improving the government subsidy disclosure system.The innovation of this paper is to combine the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry,quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the impact of government subsidies on the financial performance of the company,and draw targeted case conclusions,and guide other similar enterprises in the industry accordingly.Under the industry policy of government subsidies,starting from the core competitiveness of enterprises,and adapting to the requirements of the market,the company has established its unique advantages in order to cope with the production and operation problems of new energy auto companies in the future when government subsidies are degraded.
