Research On Social Responsibility,Government Subsidy And Corporate Performance Of New Energy Vehicle Listed Companies

Nowadays,China’s economy has entered a high-speed development level,the people of our country have higher and higher requirements for the material living standard,the number of cars owned by the people has gradually increased,but the share of new energy vehicles is not optimistic.With the concept of sustainable development deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and the country’s reaffirmation of the "two type" society,the country gradually attaches importance to the new energy vehicle industry in line with China’s sustainable development strategy,and the government,as a "tangible hand",is bound to vigorously support the development of new energy vehicle enterprises as one of China’s strategic emerging industries.Since 2009,China has issued a large number of subsidy policies to support the development of new energy vehicle enterprises,and the subsidy intensity has gradually increased with the development of new energy vehicle enterprises,and a series of industrial development plans have also been formulated.However,in 2016,the new energy vehicle enterprise "cheat compensation" event caused people to question the mechanism of government subsidies,and also reflected the lack of social responsibility awareness of China’s new energy vehicle enterprises.With the increasing level of government subsidies and the increasing standards of subsidies,how should new energy vehicle enterprises use government subsidies to promote the development of enterprises? How to keep pace with corporate social responsibility?In order to answer this series of questions and provide a series of suggestions for government subsidies and the development of new energy vehicle enterprises,this paper selects the relevant data of China’s new energy vehicle listed companies in 2014-2018 from Dongfang fortune.com,juchao.com and other websites.On the basis of combing the relevant literature and related theories,it uses Stata software to carry out empirical analysis on the established model,and then draws the conclusion of this study On.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the three aspects of government,enterprise and social impact,and puts forward the prospect of future research.The empirical research results show that: China’s new energy vehicle listed companies actively undertake social responsibility will significantly improve the performance of enterprises;the performance level of new energy vehicle listed companies will increase with the improvement of the level of government subsidies obtained by enterprises;the government subsidies obtained by new energy vehicle listed companies have a positive adjustment between the performance of corporate social responsibility and the improvement of corporate performance Effect.
