Design And Implementation Of Project Site Management System For Power Grid Enterprises

With the development and progress of information,it has promoted the change of technology in all walks of life.Among them,the role of information management in all industries is also increasing year by year.In the project management,power grid enterprises also need to use computer technology to complete the information management of the project site personnel,construction equipment and construction situation.Firstly,the project site management is mainly carried out by manually recording the construction situation and personnel access.The development of information technology improves the way and method of personnel management,and puts forward a new thinking for the management of personnel on the construction site,that is,how to complete the unified management of personnel and construction site situation by using computer software technology and computer hardware equipment ? In this paper,the main purpose of the research is to develop the project site management system of power grid enterprises,research and analyze how to use the project site management system to solve the problem of inadequate personnel management in the construction process,and improve the construction efficiency and management level of the project site.In this paper,first of all,the related literature information of the system is consulted,the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are summarized,and the software engineering design idea is used to design and implement the functional modules of the system.There are six modules in the field management system of power grid enterprise,which are system management module,project management module,personnel management module,vehicle management module,machine management module and positioning management module.The system management module can complete the management of system data and system upgrade.The main functions of the system management module include system upgrade management,system account assignment and system data management.The user of the project management module is the project manager.In the project management module,the operator can regularly input and save the basic information of various project projects,and update it according to the actual situation.The user of the personnel management module is the project manager.The personnel management module is used to control and count the personnel information of the project.The functions of the personnel management module include resident personnel management,temporary personnel management,personnel fingerprint management,personnel access card issuance management,personnel in and out management and personnel dynamic statistics.Among them,resident personnel management and temporary personnel management The function is used for detailed classification of different types of personnel information,fingerprint management is used for personnel management of construction site,and engineering construction personnel enter the site by fingerprint identification.The user of vehicle management module is the role of project administrator,which mainly includes the functions of resident vehicle management,temporary vehicle management,vehicle in and out management,vehicle access card issuance management,in and out vehicle statistics,etc.The user of the machine management module is the project manager,which mainly includes the functions of construction machine management,construction machine inspection and construction machine requisition management.On the basis of information management system,combined with the actual work flow of the project site,the design and implementation of the whole system should be completed.The system takes C / S structure as the main body,displays and operates map information based on embedded browser,and realizes the docking with GPS positioning equipment based on TCP protocol.In the development and design of the system,visual studio 2017 and SQL Server 2014 databases are used as the development environment to design the architecture based on three-tier architecture.In the development process of the system,C language,ado.net database access technology,GPS interface and coordinate conversion,baidu map API Application and other technologies are used to realize the project site management system.This paper will describe the whole development and production process according to the system background introduction,development technology selection,system requirements analysis,system architecture design,system function realization,system test and other links.
