Preliminary Study On Application Effect Of 6S On-site Management Method In Modern Garden Engineering

In this paper,the site management of the garden project as object of study,through the investigation and studying of the landscaping construction site management,there exists many problems.The paper compares the relationship between the construction site construction site and the landscape management of the landscape construction site,and expounds the theory and method of the current field management and the research progress.The two concrete projects undertaken by Yang Ling Fairview River Landscape Architecture Co.,Ltd.are the research samples,This paper focus on the 6S and SLP constructionsite management,PDCA cycle theory in landscape,and introduce theory of specific effects.The conclusions are as follows:1.Industrial production and construction management theory and methods for the construction of landscape construction site management.The organization design and management content of the construction of the garden construction site is very similar to the industrial production and construction project,and laid the foundation for applying the mature theory of construction engineering to the garden project.2.Scientific management to significantly improve the construction efficiency.With the 6S and SLP constructionsite management,PDCA cycle theory,the reduction of material handling distance in both projects is greatly reduced,the maximum reduction rate is 45%,saving the handling time,saving the cost and improving the efficiency.3.The comprehensive use of a variety of management theory and methods is beneficial to enhance the level of landscape management site management.Based on the 6S management method and SLP systematic layout design,this paper improves the efficiency of PDCA cycle,and the efficiency is improved from 11.11% to 18.32% of the second project.The effect is remarkable.Each time the theory and method of innovation can promote the production efficiency of the huge increase in the construction of landscaping construction site management,there is still unlimited room for improvement.Production practice and theoretical research requires bold innovation,and strive to promote the landscaping project site management level,management theory,management innovation.
