The remote sensing satellite ground system is an important system for earth observation satellite data reception,preprocessing and system integration.The remote sensing satellite ground system consists of a remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving system and a remote sensing satellite ground system data processing system.Its main task is to receive,process,store and distribute various earth observation satellite data.Due to the small number of remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving systems in service throughout the country,the effective coverage area is small,and it is impossible to effectively and comprehensively receive data transmitted by remote sensing satellites that transit every day.In addition,the remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving system that is currently in service is basically a fixed station,and the mobile receiving capability is weak,and it cannot receive data at all times and all days.Aiming at the problems of the small number of existing remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving systems,the small effective coverage area,and the weak mobile receiving capability,a design scheme of a mobile remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving system is proposed.This article first analyzes the system requirements from two aspects of function and performance,and determines the system's working principle,functional composition,technical indicators and workflow.Based on the needs analysis,this paper divides the mobile remote sensing satellite ground system data receiving system into four sub-systems,the channel and tracking subsystem,the station control management subsystem,and the high-speed data processing subsystem.The subsystems are designed and implemented in terms of system composition,workflow,scheme design,and external interface relationships.The research results of this paper have been applied in a ground receiving station of a remote sensing satellite in Guangdong.The results show that the data reception system design scheme of the remote sensing satellite ground system proposed in this paper can expand the effective coverage area of ??the system and solve the coverage area of??the existing ground receiving system.The problem of small and weak mobile receiving capacity meets the requirements of remote sensing satellites for all-weather and all-day data reception.
