As a part of permeable pavement,permeable bricks are porous,with large pores and good connectivity between the pores,allowing rainwater to quickly penetrate into the ground,which not only alleviates the problem of urban water logging,but also replenishes the water required by the soil in time.However,in the process of practical application of permeable bricks,as the use time increases,impurities such as sand and sand brought in by rain erosion are clogged in the surface and internal pores of the permeable bricks,which affects the advantages of the permeable bricks for rapid permeation.Because the resin-based permeable brick particles are smooth and the chemical properties are stable,this paper chooses the appropriate ratio through experiments to prevent clogging.The experiment used resin-based permeable bricks as the matrix,and studied the pore structure characteristic parameters such as the pore size,pore area and connectivity of the resin-based permeable bricks by Image-pro plus image analysis software;the experiment of simulating rain clogging was carried out by using the siphon principle.The effects of the clogging time and the size of the clogging particles on the clogging degree and clogging position of the resin-based permeable brick were studied,which laid the foundation for the preparation method of the resin-based permeable brick and the prevention of the clogging of the permeable brick.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into three parts.The specific research content and results are as follows:1.As the thickness of the adhesive package increases,the water permeability and porosity of the resin-based permeable brick gradually decrease,and the compressive strength continues to increase.As the particle size of river sand increases,the permeability of resin-based permeable bricks continues to increase,and the porosity gradually increases.When the particle size of river sand is 1.252mm,the compressive strength of permeable brick reaches a maximum of 14.57MPa,and when the particle size of river sand is 35mm,the permeability is the largest,17.935×10-2cm/s.2.As the thickness of the adhesive package increases,the average pore diameter gradually decreases,the area ratio of large pores larger than 2000?m gradually decreases,the pores gradually become smaller,the connectivity between the pores decreases,and the water permeability of the resin-based permeable brick decreases;With the increase of the river sand particle size,the average pore diameter gradually increases,the proportion of large pore area greater than 2000?m gradually increases,the pores gradually become larger,the connectivity between the pores increases,the resin-based permeable brick Increased water permeability.3.In this paper,the experiment of simulating rainwater clogging was carried out by using the principle of siphon.The impact of the clogging time and the diameter of the clogging on the clogging degree and clogging position of the resin-based permeable brick were studied respectively.The resin-based permeable brick was analyzed under different influencing factors.,Permeable bricks before and after the blocking rate of water permeability changes.The results show that with the increase of the clogging time,the mass of the clogging plugged in the pores of the permeable brick gradually increases,and the plug gradually extends from the surface layer of the permeable brick to the deep layer,the degree of clogging continues to increase,and the permeability rate gradually decreases;with the river sand As the particle size increases,the mass of the blockage continues to increase,and the attenuation value of water permeability continues to increase.When the particle size of river sand is 0.631.25mm and the blocking time is 30min,the water permeability decreases by 52%;when the particle size of river sand is 1.252mm and the blocking time is 30min,the permeability decreases by 55%;When 35mm and the blocking time is 30min,the water permeability drops by 69%.The optimal ratio is when the particle size of river sand is 35mm and the thickness of binder wrap is 0.08mm.
