Research On Logistics Sorting System Of Packaging Damage Detection Based On FPGA

The rapid development of the e-commerce economy in recent years has caused the business volume of express delivery companies to soar,but there has been a great conflict between the rapid development of e-commerce and the relatively slow development of the express delivery industry.Therefore,problems such as warehouse outages,violent sorting,and breakage of express delivery frequently occur.The main reason is that the level of automation of express sorting is low and the efficiency is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the automation level of express delivery sorting,reduce the occurrence of violent sorting incidents,and prevent problems such as breakage of express delivery.Aiming at the problem of express delivery damage,at the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of express delivery sorting,in this paper,FPGA is used in the express sorting system,and an automatic sorting system that can detect the express breakage is designed using image recognition and detection technology.This sorting system uses two-dimensional code as the information medium,and controls the collection,processing and display of express images through FPGA to achieve express breakage detection.Finally,the single-chip microcomputer is used to control the sorting equipment to achieve automatic express sorting.Among them,FPGA image processing is to perform grayscale transformation through the Y component of YCbCr format,and use Sobel operator for edge detection.In order to improve the image processing speed,pipeline the internal program of the operator.In view of the noise interference in image processing,this article reviews The median filtering,Gaussian filtering,and mean filtering were compared for the display effects.The results showed that Gaussian filtering was the best.For the information storage problem of broken express,this article uses Flash chip for storage.Finally,functional tests are performed on the hardware circuits of each module of the express sorting system.The results show that the sorting system can realize the extraction of two-dimensional code information,the detection of package breakage of express delivery,and the control of sorting equipment.It provides an effective method for the break detection and automatic sorting of the express sorting system,and has certain application value.
