The shield method has become a very important construction method in the construction process of subway tunnels due to its unique advantages.Based on the actual situation of the shield tunnel project between Shatoujiao Station and Haishan Station of Line8 of Shenzhen Metro,this paper analyzes the ground deformation and building settlement laws based on the actual monitoring data at the construction site.Using Midas gts nx software to establish a three-dimensional numerical model of the comprehensive building of the shield tunneling side tunnel group in the Shahai section,the dynamic simulation analysis of the entire process of the shield tunnel side tunnel group complex building is conducted to investigate the ground deformation and Deformation of buildings.At the same time,the simulation results and on-site monitoring data are analyzed and compared.The results show that the error between the measured value and the simulated value is small,and the settlement law reflected is roughly the same.This shows that the simulation fit is more reliable and can provide a reference for similar conditions for the second phase of the construction of the Shenzhen Metro Line 8.Finally,it summarizes the current standards for the allowable deformation of neighboring buildings in China.According to the actual project,the construction control measures for the ground and the building are proposed,and the sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement method is simulated and analyzed.This article focuses on the following parts:(1)Discuss the basic working principle and key technology of shield tunnel construction,explore the mechanism of ground subsidence caused by shield tunneling,and explain the impact of tunnel excavation on surface buildings and the form of surface damage.The general law of formation deformation caused by the shield tunneling process is analyzed.(2)Based on the actual engineering background of Shatoujiao Station to Haishan Station on Line 8 of Shenzhen Metro,analyze its monitoring data results.(3)Numerical simulation of the entire dynamic process of the shield tunnel penetrating group complex building is performed,and the numerical simulation calculation results are compared based on the actual measured data on site to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation.(4)According to the engineering background,finally,based on the actual project,control measures for surface and building construction are proposed,and the sleeve valvetube grouting measures are simulated and analyzed.
