At present,commercial static crushing agents have high material costs,and the reaction speed and expansion performance are severely limited by hydration temperature.Therefore,reducing the cost of crushing agents and shortening the blasting time are of great significance for engineering applications.Based on this,this topic adopts the method of mixing materials to reduce the content of soundless cracking agent.In the soundless cracking agent,sand,fly ash,lead-zinc mine tailings etc.are mixed in five proportions of 10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%,The three materials have obtained the following conclusions through theoretical and experimental studies:(1)Through the tests of the fluidity,expansion pressure,hydration temperature,free expansion volume and other indicators of the soundless cracking agent,the influence of the type and amount of admixture on the physical properties is studied from a macro perspective.Under low temperature environment(?20?),the expansion pressure of the same dosage SSCA is greater than that of FA-SCA and LZMT-SCA;30% dosage and 50? are the two limits for the huge change of the admixture crusher;With the increase of the dosage,the physical properties of the admixture crushing agent showed an overall decreasing trend,but the type of admixture has little effect on it.(2)With the help of XRD,SEM and other testing methods,analyze the formation of mineral phase and its morphology changes,the interaction law between minerals,etc.,reveal the mechanism of the effect of the type and amount of admixture on the macroscopic mechanical performance of the crusher from a microscopic perspective.The sand particles and the CSH gel form a sand-cement structure,which is more stable than the simple CSH structure,and can effectively suppress the spray holes;fly ash,water,and crushing agent react to form hydrated calcium silicate,and Ca(OH)2.CSH and fly ash adhere to each other to increase the strength of the hydrated product and also reduce the swelling pressure;the lead-zinc tailings sand,water and the crushing agent react to form a dolomite phase,and the dolomite phase attaches to Ca(OH)2 to form Cladding structure.(3)Under the combined action of heating and sealing,the blasting efficiency of the three 30% admixture crushing agents is not much different from the pure crushing agent.Compared with the pure crushing agent at normal temperature,the initial crack appearance time is shortened by 97% Above,the effective crack occurrence time is shortened by more than 96%;at the same time,the hole sealing device effectively suppresses the risk of injection holes caused by high-pressure steam during the heating process.Compared with pure crushing agents,the blasting efficiency of the three 50% blended crushing agents is longer than 90 minutes,and the crack width is small,and the effective crack development time is long,but compared with the traditional technology of crushing agents,it also has Great improvement.In summary,the measure of reducing the content of static crushing agent by incorporating materials can reduce the cost of materials by 30% to 50%,and combined with the new technology of auxiliary heating and sealing,successfully solved the restriction of hydration temperature on the hydration efficiency of crushing agent And blowout problems.The research results have high guiding significance in theory and practice,and have important economic and application value in engineering.
