By the method of academic study and testing in laboratory, the thesis researches the rock's cracked mechanism and discusses the effect that The Static Cracking Agent(SCA) is applied in the work of colliery exploitation. Using elastic-plastic mechanics and fracture mechanics the rock's cracked mechanism is detailed analysed and it also be proofed by experiments. Placed lancing-pipe in hole and observe the effect that the lancings lead the cracks'spread when the sample is been breaking; after adding notch-cuttings in the wall of rounded hole, observe the effect that the wedge angle of notch-cuttings lead the cracks'spread; for the sample with several holes, observe the effect that empty holes lead the cracks'spread of holes with SCA. Through a mass of experiments, the reasonable proportion about the SCA and water and delay-reagent is worked out, and the response time of SCA is also tested. On the foundation of experiments, the SCA is applied in different mine construction environment and the effect is satisfying.
