Cemented materials dam is a new type of dam proposed in recent years,which has the advantages of unbreakable roof,economic safety,rapid construction,and environmental friendliness.At present,the research on the characteristics of dam materials and the structure of dam body is in the stage of theoretical analysis,and there are few research results in combination with actual engineering.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the Xijiang Reservoir Project,the weathered materials of the Xijiang Project are tested for raw materials and mix ratios to prepare cemented sand and gravel that meets the design requirements,and the stress and strain calculation and anti-sliding stability analysis of the Xijiang cemented dam are Provide technical support for actual projects.Mainly achieved the following results and conclusions:1.Based on the technical requirements in the"Technical Guidelines for Damming with Granulated Cement Materials"and"Testing Regulations for Hydraulic Concrete",the raw materials of Xijiang weathered materials were tested.The test results show that the apparent density,water absorption rate,variable load crushing value scale,uniaxial compressive strength and point load strength of strong weathered materials are the worst,which are inferior soft rocks.2.Designed and formed the test specimens of lightly weathered materials,strong weathered materials and their mixed admixture cemented sand and gravel,and carried out the mix ratio test.The test results show that:all the test groups made of micro-weathering materials can meet the requirements of C1808 preparation and design strength,and the test groups of strong weathering materials alone do not meet the requirements of C1806 preparation strength.When more than 40%of micro-weathered material is added,the compressive strength of the compounded binder for 180d exceeds 8.7MPa,which can meet the C1806 strength requirements.The relationship between water-binder ratio,sand ratio and compressive strength presents a certain rule.As the value of water-binder ratio and sand ratio gradually increases,the compressive strength shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.3.Stress-strain calculation and anti-sliding stability analysis of Xijiang cemented dam.Under the design load combination,the stress distribution of the dam body is uniform and the stress level is low,and no tensile stress occurs.The maximum compressive stress of the dam body occurs at the toe of the dam,and its value is1.41MPa.The compressive safety factor of the dam body is 5.7,which meets the requirements of not less than 4.0 in the Guidelines.The displacement of the dam body is less than 5mm under each working condition.Under the completion condition,the displacement is symmetrically distributed along the dam axis under the influence of the self-weight load.Under normal water storage conditions.The overflow dam section meets the requirements of anti-sliding stability under various working conditions,and no anti-sliding stability damage will occur,and the safety is high.
