| Due to their reasonableness and excellent,stable economic indicators and beautiful appearance,continuous beam-arch composite bridges are widely used in this field.Owing to lack of maintenance,as well as construction not in accordance with the construction process,such bridges have a large number of defects,Typical problems include the problem of deflection of the main beam and cracks.Based on the full study of relevant data,this article combined the advantages and disadvantages of the structure,systematically studied the reinforcement construction technology of the bridge with the Shangri-La Bridge as the engineering background:(1)The overview of the Shangri-La Bridge and the four main beam reinforcement schemes and three arch treatment schemes proposed in the feasibility analysis stage of the bridge are introduced.Based on related research,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and the construction feasibility are summarized.Reinforcement scheme and arch treatment scheme,12 reinforcement schemes were proposed,comprehensive structural stability,reinforcement effect,construction period,etc,through comprehensive selection of 12 reinforcement schemes,the bridge was determined Specific maintenance and reinforcement plan for the main span structure.Synthesizes and analyzes the construction difficulties of the selected scheme.(2)The process,technology and quality guarantee measures of the construction scheme are analyzed in detail around the bridge reinforcement,which mainly includes the lifting of the main beam,the tension of the boom,the treatment of the arch,the treatment of cracks,and external prestressing of the beam bottom.(3)Considering that the actual lifting amount of the main beam is not clear,and whether the strength and stability of the support under the beam can meet the requirements during the lifting process of the main beam,Midas Civil modeling is used to calculate the lower deflection value of the main beam.The strength and stability of the support were calculated;in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the reinforcement construction quality,the monitoring layout during the reinforcement construction was introduced,and the reinforcement construction process was monitored for safety.The comparative analysis of monitoring results and numerical calculation results can play a role in guiding reinforcement construction.After the reinforcement of the Shangri-La Bridge was completed,the bridge had been restored to the design line shape,and the cracks in the main beam had been closed.Practice has proved that the bridge reinforcement scheme is technically feasible,has strong operability,practicability,and promotion value,and can be used for other similar bridge reinforcement. |
