Research On Rural Tourism Planning Strategies Of Rural Complex

In 2017,the national “No.1 Document of the Central Committee” first put forward “pastoral complex”,which is considered as an important mode to solve the reform of agricultural supply.“Pastoral complex” mainly takes rural construction and farmers’ cooperatives as the main body.It is at present a new thinking of rural innovation and development.It is a new path to achieve rural modernization,realize the new development of urbanization,and transform the new driving force of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese rural areas,farms,agricultural cooperatives and agricultural tourist industry,and has broad prospects of development in China.However,due to the late start of the pastoral complex in China and the imperfect planning strategy,there are some problems in the construction and development of the pastoral complex,such as the lack of in-depth industrial integration,the improper protection of farmers’ interests and so on.This paper is based on the theme of pastoral complex planning strategy research and carries out the studies through documentation,field visits and case analysis.First of all,this paper analyzes the relevant theories of pastoral complex,Through the analysis of the development process and current situation of rural tourism,and points out that the bottleneck of rural tourism in China is imminent and that the transformation and upgrading are extremely urgent.Pastoral complex is a new mode of rural tourism development,which can solve the problems of farmers’ low enthusiasm for participation,the lack of in-depth industrial integration and the single industrial structure in rural tourism.Second,it analyzes some cases of China’s rural complex,summarizes the planning experience,and proposes planning methods.Finally,this paper takes the Heibaocaigu pastoral complex as an example to discuss the development principles,overall planning ideas and industrial development strategies of the pastoral complex,and the influencing factors and planning principles of the construction of the pastoral complex are sorted out.Theoretically,the article studies the rural complex as the topic and demonstrates the feasibility of the rural tourism model of rural complex.Provide practical experience in industrial development and protection of farmers’ interests for the construction of rural complexes in the country to achieve industrial integration and promote agriculture through agriculture.
