| In the new century,the power grid of investment has been increased continully,and the regional power grid has been greatly strengthened.According to the statistics of the State Grid Corporation,the reliability of power supply for users in 2018 has reached 99.92%.The scale of regional power grids is developing fastly.There are more and more risk in the operation of power grids.The power dispatchers are working hard in actual work.The number of accidents of equipment has also increased quickly with the increasing of power grid equipment.This puts higher requirements on the daily dispatching work of the power dispatchers,and greatly increases the challenge for the power grid dispatcher to correctly handle the power grid accident.Each mishandling of the power dispatcher may damage the power grid equipment,stop the power supply to the user,and even cause personal injury or death in severe cases,which may adversely affect the economic and social development.Therefore,the research on the risk and countermeasures of the regional power grid is of great practical significance.So far,the risk study of regional power grids in China is just in the basic research stage,and many local companies have not formed the risk analytical management system of regional power grids yet.The security consciousness of preventing grid risks is still poor.Although the degree of network automation has been greatly strengthened recently,the framework of the grid has also been greatly developed,but in-depth analysis of the risk points in the grid is still less.The usual thinking of managers with less security and more efficiency still exists.This articles introduce the accidents encountered in power grids and the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduce the theory of risk.This article analyzes the risks existing in the operation of regional power grids,adopts the accident tree analysis method,makes a specific analysis of the frequent accidents in power grids,and adopts the expressions of drawing the accident tree and calculating the top events,and then finds the minimum cutting set.Qualitative search for the main risk factors for the occurrence of power grid accidents,and then try to find the risk points in the area of power grid dispatching and operation,using the expert investigation method to independently score multiple risk points.The specific level of risk source is obtained by quantitative mathematical calculation.Based on the experience of dispatching operation management of Nanyang power grid of Henan province,somepractical countermeasures are used,and good results have been achieved through the operation practice of Nanyang regional dispatch. |
