Theoretical and experimental studies on sliding bearings show that the structure type and parameter values of sliding bearings have a decisive effect on the working performance and lubrication state of the bearings.Therefore,the performance of the sliding bearing structure can be improved from the perspective of innovative design,but the process of how to think of the new structure is not given.Domestic and foreign researches on the influence of sliding bearing structure types and parameter values on bearing performance have made a lot of research results.How to convert these research results into design resources and find innovative methods to promote sliding bearing structure design are worth exploring and studying.TRIZ is one of the most effective methods for guiding the innovative design of mechanical products in the world at present,but the general solution of TRIZ obtained is abstract.It requires an experienced design solution to convert it into a domain solution by analogy.This brings difficulties to the conversion of general solutions to domain solutions.The article takes oil cavity structure for radial hybrid bearing of oil cavity liquid as the research object,and uses TRIZ conflict theory to guide the innovative design of the oil cavity structure,so that the process of proposing the new structure can be followed regularly.Use the TRIZ resource analysis tool to sort out the literature research results,find innovative perspectives of the oil cavity structure,which directly converts the TRIZ general solution into the design solution.Therefore,the main research content of the article is the following three aspects:Firstly,according to the design manual of sliding bearing,the design criterion and design attribute of oil chamber structures are extracted.The correlation table of the oil cavity structure design attributes and TRIZ general engineering parameters was established,and an innovative angle table of innovative design of the oil cavity structure with improved design attributes was established.A set of procedures that use TRIZ conflict theory to guide the innovative design of the oil cavity structure is proposed.Secondly,by using this process,Under the condition of the journal misalignment,the process was used to propose a six-oil cavity staggered dynamic and static pressure sliding bearing structure.Thirdly,the lubricating performance of the new structure bearing is simulated and analyzed.The result show that: compared with the radial hybrid bearing of four shallow cavities,the oil film bearing capacity and temperature of the new structure bearing are improved under the condition of different speeds with a certain inclination angle and eccentricity,which illustrates the design is the feasibility of the program in a quantitative view.
