| With the rapid development of China’s machinery manufacturing industry,the development direction of mechanical equipment tends to be high speed,high power and heavy load.As an important supporting part of mechanical equipment,the requirements of sleeve bearing are becoming increasingly high,such as the requirement that sleeve bearing can adapt to the transient large disturbance load;the requirement that sleeve bearing works in the case of misalignment of bearing.At the same time,in order to improve the lubrication performance of sleeve bearing,it is necessary to set up oil grooves on bearing bushes.The oil groove can make the sleeve bearing achieve better lubrication and heat dissipation effect.The existence of oil groove can also effectively improve the life of the sleeve bearing and improve its working efficiency.In this paper,the multi-groove sleeve bearing is taken as the research object,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.The structure,position and number of the oil groove of the multi-groove sleeve bearing are analyzed.By establishing the mathematical model of the non-linear axis trajectory of multi-groove journal bearing,the axis motion parameters of multi-groove journal bearing under different kinds of large disturbance loads are analyzed.Finally,considering the factors such as manufacture,installation and load action of multi-groove sleeve bearing,the lubrication performance of multi-groove sleeve bearing under misalignment of journal is analyzed.The details are as follows:Firstly,the fluid lubrication equation of journal bearing is solved by finite difference method and successive over-relaxation method,and the correctness of the calculation results is verified.Secondly,the mathematical model of multi-groove journal bearing is established,and the effects of the structure,location and number of oil groove on the lubrication characteristics of multi-groove journal bearing,such as film pressure distribution,cavitation distribution,bearing capacity,friction force,friction coefficient and end flow rate,are analyzed.Thirdly,the mathematical model of non-linear journal center trajectory of multi-groove journal bearing is established,and the variation of journal center trajectory,journal center displacement,journal center velocity,journal center acceleration and other parameters of multi-groove journal bearing under large disturbance loads such as step load,rectangular load and sinusoidal load are analyzed.Finally,considering the misalignment of journal,the lubrication performance of the sleeve bearing with multi-groove is analyzed.The effects of journal misalignment angle and offset angle on the static and dynamic characteristics of journal bearing with different oil groove structures are analyzed respectively.The results show that the oil groove has a good influence on the lubrication characteristics of journal bearing,such as film pressure distribution,cavitation distribution and stability,and also makes the lubrication performance of journal bearing significantly improved in response to special working conditions. |
