In recent years,due to the continuous increase of car ownership,the problem of solid waste pollution caused by waste tires has become increasingly serious.Effectively treating waste tires has become an urgent and important scientific and engineering task with very important practical significance.The research shows that the rubber modified asphalt prepared by the development of waste tire rubber powder modifier and matrix asphalt through high temperature shear has a series of advantages compared with matrix asphalt,but the existing rubber modified asphalt is in the construction process The odorous bitumen flue gas is released seriously,which restricts its popularization and application.In this paper,quantitative qualitative analysis of the asphalt smoke of rubber asphalt is carried out.Under high temperature conditions,the environmental protection rubber asphalt reduces the quality of asphalt smoke by more than 50% and the H2 S gas concentration by more than 40% compared with traditional rubber asphalt.Secondly,through the rotation viscosity test,temperature scanning test,multi-stress creep recovery test and trabecular bending creep test,to study its rheological properties,the temperature sensitivity,construction and ease of use of the stabilized rubber asphalt and low temperature performance Both are superior to rubber asphalt,and the high temperature performance is similar.Environmental protection rubber asphalt has better temperature sensitivity,high and low temperature performance than rubber asphalt,and the liquid deodorant has better effect on improving the temperature sensitivity and deformability of rubber asphalt than powder deodorant.Environmentally-stable rubber asphalt has better temperature sensitivity,high and low temperature performance than stable rubber asphalt,powderenvironmentally-stable rubber asphalt has better temperature sensitivity and low-temperature crack resistance than liquid environmentally stable rubber asphalt,but its high-temperature performance is poor Used in liquid environmental protection and stable rubber asphalt.The multi-stress creep recovery test shows that the environmentally friendly rubber asphalt is more suitable for heavy-duty traffic,and the environmentally stable rubber asphalt has better deformation resistance than the stable rubber asphalt under different stress levels.Finally,select commonly used asphalt mixtures SMA-13 and AC-20 to prepare environmentally-friendly rubber-modified asphalt mixtures,conduct rutting tests,low-temperature trabecular bending tests and freeze-thaw splitting tests,and mix with rubber-modified asphalt Compared with materials,the environmental protection rubber modified asphalt mixture has high and low temperature performance and water stability,and the improvement effect of powder deodorant is the most obvious.The research determined the preparation method of environmentally friendly rubber modified asphalt.By comparing its rheological performance index with traditional rubber modified asphalt,the road performance index changes of environmentally friendly rubber modified asphalt mixture compared with traditional rubber modified asphalt mixture were analyzed.Shows the good performance of environmentally friendly rubber modified asphalt.The quantification of asphalt smoke quality and H2 S gas concentration change of environmentally friendly rubber modified asphalt is quantified,which provides data support for the deodorizing effect of environmentally friendly rubber modified asphalt,which is helpful for its widespread application.
