Asphalt Mixture Performance And Environmental Effects Of Warm Mix Powder

Nowadays,we always use warm mix modified asphalt mixture and crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture for green ecological road at home and abroad,but in the warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture of less.When we try our best to push the construction of green ecological road,it has practical significant to develop warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture with good road performance and environmental effects.In this paper,research status of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was investigated at home and abroad,combined technical experiences of the existing,this paper studied from four aspects,rheological properties,road performance,environmental performance and construction quality control,the mechanism,manufacturing process and environmental protection effect of warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture were revealed,the warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was used to pave a test road,the practical application was detected.the main research contents including:(1)The preparation technology of warm-mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt was determined,the viscosity,low temperature performance and high temperature properties of warm-mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt was determined through the orthogonal test,while the rheological property of warm-mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt was evaluated determined as the changing of the Rubber powder fineness,dosages and dosages of warm mix agent.(2)This paper design the mixing proportion of warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture based on the volume design method,while the road performance of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was contrasted through analysis as the changing of dosages and fineness of rubber powder and different conditions of warm mix for road performance have different impacts.(3)Through the indoor sound absorption coefficient test and monitoring noise,the noise reduction effect of warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was further studied,Through the heat formula and actual detection,the environmental protection effect was evaluated.(4)The warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was used to pave a test road.The construction technology and construction quality control were systematically studied meanwhile the effect for engineering application of warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture was verified,Provide the basis of warm mix crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture for the promotion and application.
