| Tower crane has become the most widely used vertical transport machinery in high-rise or super-high-rise building construction,due to its advantages of high power,wide coverage,high lifting height and large carrying capacity.However,while it bringing convenience to the production of modern buildings,there are also huge safety problems that endanger worker’ lives and cause economic losses.Therefore,reducing the occurrence of tower crane accidents and reducing the probability of accidents has become a problem that need to be solved at present.In this study,a network crawler was used to collect data on tower crane accidents.According to the characteristics of accident distribution,combining the causes of accident theory and ABC classification to study the causes of tower crane accidents.The contents are as follows:Firstly,this part uses the Python language to write a crawler program to obtain the tower crane accident between 2012 and 2018,and then statistics on the area,time and type of accident.The conclusion is that 2016 and 2017 are the years with the highest number of tower crane accidents,of which April and August each year,and the weekends of each month are the highincidence periods.Overturning is a type of accident that often occurs in tower cranes,with the highest probability of an accident occurring during operation.Secondly,this part combines the theory of accident cause,summarizes the causes of tower crane accidents are identified according to four factors: human,material,management and environment.The risk factors of the acquirer are concentrated in signal engineer,cable engineer,tower crane driver,operator and supervisor,the risk factors of objects are concentrated on structural members,functional members and lifting heavy objects.Management risk factors are concentrated on construction,construction,supervision,and tower crane leasing and demolition units.Environmental risk factors are concentrated in the setting of the warning zone,personnel density,weather conditions and material density.Thirdly,this part uses the ABC classification method to analyze the risk factors in a holistic and related way,and establish an accident-caused hierarchical model.The results show that: management is the key element,construction unit and supervision units are the key units.People are an important element,operators and tower crane drivers are the key control personnel.Things and the environment are the general factors,among which tear damage and weather conditions are on-site prevention key risks.Taking the tower crane accident in Shandong province as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis.Finally,this part pus forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions from the perspective of on-site construction operations,aiming at the four factors that affect the safety of tower cranes: people,things,environment and management.Such as strengthening personnel assessment mechanism and safety education and training.Emphasize the regular inspection and maintenance regular maintenance of the tower crane.Each participating unit should pay attention to on-site safety management and establish a linkage and cooperation mechanism.At the same time,it should pay attention to the weather changes,combined with intelligent equipment,guarantee the tower crane operates safely and efficiently.The research results are of great significance to the safety management of tower cranes in China,and have theoretical guidance and practical application value for reducing the occurrence of tower crane accidents and the losses caused by accidents. |
