The calculation and analysis of heat source efficiency and hydraulic conditions of heating pipe network is an important means to optimize the design and operation management of heating system.During operation,the operation state of heat source and pipe network can be understood through calculation and analysis,so as to provide a basis for the formulation of optimal regulation scheme,so as to solve the problem of hydraulic balance during operation,and greatly improve the heating economy,reduce energy consumption and pollution emissions.However,with the increasing complexity of urban heating pipe network and the increasing requirements on the operation level of heat source and pipe network,the traditional manual calculation method has a large workload and low efficiency.This paper in view of the wide application of gas heat source presents a through gathering gas boiler exhaust flue gas temperature,flue gas composition,cold air into the furnace temperature,water flow,water temperature,water pressure and running of boiler circulating water data,calculating gas heat source is the balancing efficiency and the efficiency of calculation method,the method can get more accurate gas heat source of various operational parameters and heat efficiency and actual problems existing in the judgement of heat run.In the practical application of this method,several factors affecting the efficiency of the gas heat source are analyzed,and some Suggestions are given for the problems of the gas heat source reflected by the calculation results.Based on the knowledge of graph theory and computer technology,this paper also studies the hydraulic calculation method for heat supply network.By combining graph theory and matrix knowledge with the principle of fluid mechanics,the mathematical model of hydraulic calculation of heat supply network is established,and the model solution calculation program is compiled by using C + + language programming tool.Aiming at the hydraulic balance problem of heat supply network,the water based on valve regulation is proposed Simulation analysis and calculation method of force balance adjustment.The correctness of the method and computer program is testify by the use in the project and the comparison with the real data.By using the program,the actual flow and pressure distribution of the pipe network can be calculated according to the structure of the heating pipe network,pipeline parameters,valve parameters,etc.through the comparative analysis with the design conditions,the existing hydraulic imbalance problems in the system can be understood The hydraulic regulation scheme is given,which can help to improve the operation economy and safety of the heating network.
