The scale of the heating pipe network system is increasing day by day,the structure of the pipe network is more complicated.The problem of hydraulic imbalance in the heating process is becoming more and more prominent.It is not only the workload of manual calculation,but also can not solve the problem in time.In this paper,the theory of graph theory is introduced into the hydraulic calculation,and the mathematical model of hydraulic calculation of pipe network is established by using the relevant knowledge of graph theory.The matrix equations of hydraulic calculation are constructed and the hydraulic calculation program is written by MATLAB using iterative method.A case study of a thermal pipe network in a certain area in Liaoning was carried out,and the correctness of the model and algorithm was verified by checking and comparing the data of the actual operation heating pipe network.Based on the calculation of the actual hydraulic calculation of the pipe network,the optimization model of the pipe network design is established by using the annual conversion cost of the heating pipe network as the objective function.The geometric parameters of the pipe section are further optimized by the simulated annealing algorithm,and the more reasonable pipe network Traffic allocation.Aiming at the balance of hydraulic conditions in pipe network,the hydraulic imbalance of some heat transfer stations is analyzed by simulation analysis to improve the operation economy and safety of heating pipe network.
