H company was founded in 1969,is the national strength of automotive connector research and production base and emerging automotive electronics research and production base.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's new energy automobile industry and the continuous optimization of the industrial environment,in the face of potential market opportunities and fierce talent competition environment,H companies have appeared a series of problems,such as unreasonable job evaluation,single form of salary incentive,imperfect performance appraisal system and so on.As a result,how to formulate reasonable incentive scheme and corresponding restraint mechanism to give full play to and mobilize the comprehensive strength of the operator team is an urgent solution for H companies problem,but also the key to maintain its advantage in the fierce market competition.Based on the collection and collation of a large number of documents,based on the incentive theory,this paper systematically studies the optimization scheme and implementation strategy of compensation incentive for managers of H companies,drawing on the successful practice of incentives and constraints of managers at home and abroad.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the general situation of H company's development and based on Herzberg's two-factor theory,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the current situation of the company's operator incentive.Based on the analysis of the investigation results,the problems existing in the compensation incentive of H company operators and their causes are revealed.Secondly,it puts forward the optimization principle and overall framework of salary incentive scheme,through the salary structure of annual salary system,virtual equity scheme The company welfare and spirit incentive scheme,designed the H company operator incentive scheme,thus optimized the H company operator incentive pattern.Finally,through strengthening the selection and appointment of operators,improving the performance appraisal system of operators,and building a good incentive atmosphere,the implementation strategy of incentive scheme for H company operators is provided.Features and innovations of this paper are mainly manifested in three aspects :1using Herzberg's two-factor theory,a questionnaire is designed to H the current situation of managers' incentive.This paper makes a comprehensive investigation onthe salary incentive of H company's managers from the two angles of cash incentive and non-cash incentive,and provides the basis for the optimal design of the company's managers' incentive.Through the different levels of operators,the corresponding salary structure,virtual equity,company welfare and spiritual incentive scheme are designed,which provides the optimization scheme of H company's managers' incentive.Employment and appointment,improve the performance appraisal system of operators,so as to ensure that the H company operator compensation incentive scheme can be fully and effectively implemented.And this research not only H the company to provide a set of operational incentive scheme and implementation strategy,but also provides a theoretical basis and implementation approach for the establishment of other enterprises in the same industry.
