| With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,Chinese enterprises actively embrace the international stage under the wave of globalization,but also face increasingly fierce competition from domestic and foreign counterparts.In addition to the competition for resources,technology and market,the most important competition among enterprises is the scramble for talents.The human resources of an enterprise have a direct impact on the future production and development of an enterprise,and the value of all resources depends on the realization of people’s dynamic behavior.Therefore,how to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and effectively motivate them is the main question for Chinese enterprises to win the market.Architectural decoration industry belongs to labor-intensive industry.Due to the low entry threshold of the industry,architectural decoration enterprises are faced with more intense industry competition,which poses a great challenge to architectural decoration enterprises,especially private architectural decoration enterprises.In order to make the enterprise competitiveness can be rapidly improved,in the industry to expand advantages,many private building decoration enterprises pay more attention to team building and talent training.This dissertation studies the management of compensation incentive mechanism in China’s architectural decoration industry,and hopes to improve the subjective initiative and creativity of enterprise personnel by establishing a scientific compensation management mechanism in architectural decoration enterprises.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,reinforcement theory,two-factor incentive theory and other incentive theories,this dissertation discusses the current situation of the company’s compensation incentive system from the perspective of the difficulties and challenges faced by THXD Construction Decoration Company.And analyzes the lack of assessment mechanism,the backward salary concept,salary management needs to be improved and other problems.Questionnaire analysis method is used to evaluate the salary incentive of engineering and technical staff in THXD Construction Decoration Company.According to the evaluation results,the compensation incentive model of THXD Architectural Decoration Company was optimized by combining the economic development environment of the enterprise and the development background of the architectural decoration industry.Finally,suggestions and incentive measures are put forward from the aspects of job evaluation and salary scheme design.Through the optimization of salary incentive mechanism,this dissertation hopes to solve the problems of high turnover rate,low work efficiency and low work enthusiasm of current employees in the company.There are 8 figures,10 tables and 63 references in this dissertation. |
