With the increasing rate of urbanization,various types of buildings with complex facades and structural forms emerged,and a large number of over-rise high-rise buildings appeared.In order to make the over-limit high-rise building project achieve the same anti-seismic fortification goal,it is necessary to conduct a separate analysis and analysis.In the design and analysis of the actual over-limit high-rise frame-core tube structure,the bottom of the structure is affected by the building function,and the concrete frame column may have the phenomenon of "fat column with less reinforcement" of the ultra-short column.In order to prevent this situation,the reinforced frame column is a better solution,that is,the longitudinal reinforcement and the stirrup are arranged in the core area of the frame column to form the reinforced frame column to improve the seismic performance.At home and abroad,there are more studies on single reinforced frame columns and joints,but less on the overall structure of reinforced frame columns.In order to provide relevant reference for the actual project,this paper takes an example of an over-limit frame-core tube structure project as a research object to conduct relevant analysis.In this paper,the design and analysis of seismic performance of an over-limit frame-core tube structure engineering project are carried out.When the axial compression ratio of the ultra-short column in the bottom reinforcement layer exceeds the limit,the ultra-short column is reinforced with a core column Measures.Using PKPM,YJK and SAUSAGE software,the seismic performance analysis and evaluation of the out-of-frame frame-core tube structure under small,medium and large earthquakes.Since the above software can not simulate the reinforced frame column according to the actual situation,it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the reinforced frame column and its influence in the structure to ensure the safety of the structure.The three-dimensional solid degenerate virtual laminated element nonlinear finite element analysis method and its program can not only consider the multiaxial stress constitutive relationship and strength of concrete,but also simulate the reinforcement(longitudinal and stirrup)according to the actual situation to consider the reinforced frame The lateral restraint effect of stirrups in the core area of the column.In this paper,the three-dimensional solid degenerate virtual laminated element nonlinear finite element analysis method and its program are used to reinforce the reinforced frame column model of different core zone stirrup volume stirrup ratio,core zone longitudinal reinforcement ratio,concrete strength grade and axial compression ratio.Carry out nonlinear simulation and analyze the influence of each parameter on the reinforced frame column through the load-displacement curve and stiffness degradation,and summarize the influence rule of the four parameters on the reinforced frame column.Non-linear simulation of the bottom five layers of the over-frame-core tube structure engineering example,through load-displacement curve,inter-layer displacement angle,failure process,stiffness degradation and reinforcement stress analysis to discuss in detail the anti-side structure of the core frame column The influence of performance.The above-mentioned research results can provide reference and reference for the seismic design theory of the over-limit frame-core tube structure considering the reinforced frame column.
