With the development of air conditioning refrigeration and copper tube industry,the requirement of air conditioning refrigeration efficiency and the quality of copper tube for air conditioning refrigeration is higher and higher.China has become a big country in the production of air conditioning and its copper pipes,especially in the international market.However,there are a large number of domestic copper tube manufacturers,the technical level is not much different,and the market competition is very fierce and cruel.Copper tubes are widely used in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry,mainly for two purposes:first,the internal thread copper tubes are made into U-shaped tubes on the bending equipment according to the technical standards,which are used as the channels of R134a,R22,R410A and other Refrigerant channel;at the same time,in order to increase the heat exchange area,save energy and reduce consumption,and improve the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner,the aluminum foil with holes is superposed together and then put on the U-shaped internal thread copper tubes;second,as tubes No matter which part the copper tube is used as,its function is very important.In the air conditioning production process,the small elbow copper pipe is made into a connecting pipe,which is used for the connection between the U-shaped internal thread copper pipes to form a refrigerant circuit.Because of the instability of the quality of small elbow copper pipe,the air conditioner manufacturer has some defects such as serious flattening at the arc(ellipse),cracking at the outside and wrinkling at the inside(the number of wrinkles is more than 3).In view of the factors affecting the stability of copper pipe,the production practice of a certain enterprise has been adopted.Preliminary study shows that the uniformity of mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy are the main factors affecting the stability of copper tubes in the production process.In order to fabricate small elbow copper pipe stably,the forming characteristics,the changing rules of structure and properties and the causes of elbow defects of copper pipe were studied,the winding process was optimized,and the optimum annealing process of finished product was determined.Through the above experimental study,the cracking and bending of small elbow copper pipe during bending process were solved.The small elbow pipe with stable quality was produced by wrinkling and other defects.
