Based on damage assessment theory and equivalent theory,The principle and method of the equivalent evaluation of the damage power of the bomb are put forward,establishes the basic damage power of high explosive projectile,and improves the damage assessment system of comprehensive power field of high explosive(HE)projectile.This paper discusses the development process,action mode and stability mode of high explosive projectile,such as selecting three typical high explosive projectile structure,calculation of typical high explosive projectile force field parameters,The effects of shell material,shell density,shell mass,yield strength,explosive density,explosive mass and warhead structure on the high explosive projectile power field were investigated,and thus determine the standard high explosive projectile materials,charging,structure,etc.,to establish a new standard high explosive projectile structure.Combining the damage power field and target kill probability,the damage power of high explosive projectile to typical target is calculated,and The destructive capability of a typical target is quantitatively characterized by the kill area of high explosive projectile.Based on the analysis of the equivalent conversion evaluation principle,the damage efficiency equivalent principle is adopted,and the equivalent evaluation method for the damage power of high explosive projectile is given.static blasting test of standard and 105 mm typical for HE projectile,measure the high explosive projectile blast wave overpressure,fragment velocity,the penetration of the equivalent target by the fragment number,explosive crater volume,according to two kinds of projectile data to calculate the corresponding power field parameters,compared with the experimental data on,verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation,and then calculate the fragment mutilate and damage probability density,Get the kill area of each typical target,The equivalent evaluation method is used to evaluate the damage power of high explosive projectile,the equivalent of the target of personnel,105 mm typical high explosive projectile killed the equivalent conversion coefficient is 1.126;The equivalent conversion coefficient for ordinary military vehicles is 0.939.The equivalent conversion coefficient for lightly armored targets is 1.11.The blasting power is quantitatively characterized by the volume of explosion crater,and the equivalent conversion coefficient of damage power of 105 mm typical high explosive projectile blasting is 2.1.Study on the equivalent evaluation of the comprehensive power of the high explosive projectile,the structure of the high explosive projectile is constructed,the benchmark of the comprehensive power of the high explosive projectile is established,and the conversion method of the comprehensive power of the high explosive projectile is proposed.
