The driving mode of the wheel driven by the electric wheel of the outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor belongs to the distributed driving mode.Compared with the centralized driving mode of central motor,the distributed driving mode has the advantages of less driving parts and cost saving.The electric wheel is driven by the inner wheel motor,which combines the motor with the brake and other components to form the whole electric wheel,which also puts forward higher requirements for the structural design of the electric wheel motor itself,as well as for the influence of the structure of the electric wheel motor itself on the heat dissipation.Based on the specific parameters of the electric vehicle,the author takes the development and lightweight design of the new electric wheel structure as the research object,and provides the basis for lightweight design,transient dynamic analysis and modal analysis through the structural arrangement scheme,initial structural design and related static structural analysis of the electric wheel.In addition,the method of structural topology optimization is also used to carry out lightweight analysis of the relevant structures of the electric wheel.According to the results of the optimization analysis,the initial structure and lightweight structure of the electric wheel are optimized and improved,and the improved structure is verified.The influence of the electric wheel structure on the internal heat dissipation of the motor is analyzed,and the lightweight structure of the electric wheel is verified to meet the internal working environment temperature of the motor The combination of the structure of the electric wheel and the cooling device can ensure that the stable working temperature of the electric wheel motor can be reduced to below 70 ?.In this paper,the theoretical design of the electric wheel structure,the lightweight design method of structural topology optimization and the thermal analysis of the electric wheel structure for motor heat dissipation are combined to obtain a new lightweight electric wheel structure which can meet various requirements.
