The cylinder head of the automobile engine is an important part of the automobile,which bears a complicated load environment and has a great influence on the safety and power performance of the whole automobile.The fatigue life of cylinder head has a great influence on the engine,and it is also an important index to evaluate the quality of cylinder head.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the fatigue performance of the engine cylinder head.The traditional fatigue analysis method is to select samples from raw materials,measure material performance parameters,and estimate the life.Due to the neglect of material property change in the casting process,the simulation results are not consistent with the actual situation.In view of this,this article from the actual parts of the sampling measurement,measurement of the data after analysis and fitting,the results will be input into the analysis software,finite element analysis.This method can accurately analyze the fatigue life and fatigue failure position of actual parts in use,determine the failure form,and provide a basis for subsequent parts design and manufacturing process.In this paper,the experiments of material physical properties of high pressure casting of cylinder head made of ZAlSi7 Mg Alloy have been carried out,and the thermal properties parameters of the material,including elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio,thermal conductivity,Coefficient of thermal expansion and density,have been obtained.By means of static tensile test of mechanical properties of cylinder head materials,the high cycle and low cycle fatigue test data in dynamic tests were obtained.After processing and analyzing the experimental data,the material attribute data needed in the finite element analysis process are obtained.On this basis,the thermal-mechanical coupling strength analysis of cylinder head is completed.Through the fatigue simulation analysis of the strength analysis results,the fatigue life times and the location of the danger point can be obtained.This paper analyzes the weakest part of the engine in the practical use,and compares the result with the material which has no actual sample.The result shows that the parameters obtained from the actual sample can be simulated and analyzed,and the calculation result can guide the actual production better.
